In this conference which will be taking place in Malaysia InterContinental Hotel on 20th and 21st September 2017 and with the sponsorship of Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), different topics such as developments in higher education, international marketing, and working with agents, international students recruitment, quality assurance and trends in international student mobility worldwide, supporting and paying attention to students will be discussed.
On the first day, different lectures will be given by different ASIC members and the final event of the first day will be dinner award. Information about the nominations process will be given briefly. Variety of institutions around the world will be gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary through awards dinner. These awards display excellency in international education.
The second day of the conference will be dedicated to partnership development and accredited institutions by ASIC will participate at related meetings which will be arranged regarding expansion of actions. It will be possible to all institutions who are working with ASIC to participate in the related consultant meetings.
Followed by the conference days, there would be a familiarization visit to one of ASIC Premier Accredited institutions on 22nd September. This visit would be a good opportunity for institutions seeking ASIC accreditation to get familiar with its standards and evaluation procedure.
Furthermore, ASIC will bring its new internationalization index in order to assist institutions regarding assessment in international level and awards them up to five stars based on result of their assessment. The details of the new index will be presented in the related conference.
