Holding the 2nd Meeting for Clarification of International Accreditation Indicators / Zanjan University of Medical Sciences (ZUMS) and the International Accreditation Secretariat of Iranian Medical Sciences

In this meeting which was held on Saturday, Feb 24^th, 2018, Sepideh Javdanfard, the expert of the International Accreditation Secretariat of Iranian Medical Sciences Universities hosted, Dr. Kobra Rostamizadeh and Dr. Sahar Valimoghaddam the accreditation representatives from ZUMS.

Firstly, Dr. ValiMoghaddam presented a brief overview on how the accreditation procedure is going on at Zanjan University of Medical Sciences and the establishment of accreditation group works at the university.

Then Dr. Rostamizadeh added some tips on conducting self-assessment at different schools.

This meeting was followed with answering the questions of the accreditation representatives of the related university, and the ambiguities about the accreditation indicators of ASIC in the five areas of operation, especially the field of education and management development and resource planning were resolved.

Also, the related application forms and the methodology for documenting the indicators were also discussed.
