دکتر حسین قناعتی، رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران، در پی شهادت فرزندان، مادر و تعدادی دیگر از اعضای خانواده دکتر ایاد شغورا، دانش‌آموخته فلسطینی دوره PhD رشته مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی دانشکده بهداشت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و مدیر یکی از بیمارستان‌های غزه، به دنبال حملات وحشیانه رژیم اشغالگر قدس به غزه، تسلیت گفت.

I am deeply saddened to learn about the tragic loss of your family members, including your children in the recent brutal attacks in Gaza. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on behalf of the entire university community.
Losing a loved one is an unimaginable pain, and no words can truly ease the sorrow you must be experiencing. Your beloved family members’ untimely departure is a profound loss for your family, our university, and society as a whole.
During this difficult time, please know that you are not alone. The university stands with you and all our Palestinian brothers and sisters.
May you find strength, solace, and healing in the loving embrace of your family, friends, and the entire university community. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all Palestinians during this incredibly challenging time.
